Roughly chop the couverture and melt in a saucepan over medium-high with the butter. Then let it cool down a bit. Stir in the cream cheese and vanilla extract and then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Crumble the cornflakes in a freezer bag with a rolling pin. Then put in a bowl.
Using two small spoons, cut out the cream cheese mixture into equal portions. Form into balls with your hands and roll through the cornflakes.
Refrigerate for another 15 minutes and serve.
