Vietnamese Sea Bass

Grilled sea bass is pimped in a Vietnamese way. Honey soy sauce with a splash of fresh lime juice.

Sea Bass
ca. 1 kg
tbsp
Soy Sauce
tbsp
Honey
Lime
tbsp
Lime Juice
Handful Fresh Coriander
cm
Fresh Ginger
sliced into sticks
Chili
deseeded and sliced

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Make sure you buy already cleaned sea bass – fill in the sea bass with 2 lime slices, ginger slice and coriander.
  2. Grill the sea bass for 6-8 min on each side (depends on the size).
  3. While the fish is grilling prepare the sauce – mix soy, honey, chili and lime juice (you can as well add grated ginger).
  4. Once sea bass is done – place it on the big plate and pour over the sauce.
  5. Serve it with rice and steamed veggies.
