SHIPPING CHILLED FOOD?

Yep – it actually works! However, we have been working on it for a long time. We use climate-neutral insulating packaging made from recycled waste paper.

In this way, our products will reach you chilled even after 24 hours. Please make sure you are at home at the time of delivery.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

Shipping costs €5.99. We have decided to completely do without plastic with regard to our shipping method. Thanks to a cooling combination of waste paper and cooling pads, we can avoid using polystyrene. In this way we can ensure that our ice box reaches you in a sustainable manner. So shipping is not only pretty convenient for you, but also doesn’t harm our environment.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We deliver to the entire German mainland. No matter how far away you live, The Bitery will come to you. We cannot deliver any shipments to packing stations – regardless of the provider. It is best to order directly to your home or office.

Then nothing stands in the way of timely delivery.

WHY IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Due to the permanent cooling, the shipping of our products is quite complex. To ensure that shipping is not only efficient but also as sustainable as possible, we have calculated a minimum order value of €25. From this amount, the CO2 emitted by shipping and storage can be compensated accordingly.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have oriented ourselves to the most commonly used payment methods and have decided on the current selection of payment options: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Sofort, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.
