Roasted Tomatoes Pesto Pizza

Homemade pizza dough topped with fresh pesto and cherry tomatoes. So simple and so tasty!

Pizza Dough
Cherry Tomatoes

Basil Pesto

Olive Oil

Pine Nuts
tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.
  2. In an oven-proof bowl, place the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put them in the oven until they crack and release the liquids.
  3. In the meantime, roll out the pizza dough and bake it for about 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
  4. Once all is done, spread pesto over pizza as a base and on top spread roasted tomatoes.
  5. On top add fresh basil and sprinkle pine nuts.
