Oat Pancakes

Pancakes for the weekend! This pancake batter is made really quick. Simply mix everything in the food processor and let it run until a smooth dough.

Rolled Oats
g
Banana
Oat Milk
ml
Ground Cinnamon
tsp
Vanilla Extract
tsp
Baking Powder
tsp
Coconut Oil

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Put the oats, banana, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a blender and mix everything well. Then add in the baking powder. Process the ingredients until you have a smooth dough.
  2. Heat up a pan over medium heat and add coconut oil. Use a large spoon or ladle to put individual piles of dough in the pan and bake for 3-5 minutes on both sides, until they turn golden brown.
  3. Repeat the process with the oil and dough until you have all your pancakes.
