Buttermilk Bread

This buttermilk bread is a mild and tangy no yeast bread made with flour and buttermilk. This bread is fluffy vehicle for sandwiches, breakfast and just for in between.

All-Purpose Flour
g
Whole Wheat Flour
g
Baking Soda
tsp
Kosher Salt
tsp
Buttermilk
Sunflower Seeds
g
Flax Seeds
g
Mozzarella Cheese

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Heat up the oven to 200 °C.
  2. In the bowl mix both flours, salt and baking soda, add buttermilk and mix it all well until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Add both seeds and cheese and mix again (in case it is still too liquid add more flour).
  4. Place the dough on a baking sheet, toss a bit flour on it and sprinkle with seeds.
  5. You can cut the dough on the top in cross shape (optional).
  6. Bake it for 30-35 minutes.
