Harissa Pulled Salmon

Harissa Spice

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat up the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Boil the couscous as per package instructions.
  3. Mix harissa and smoked paprika with 1 tablespoon olive oil - season with salt and pepper. Rub the salmon with that mixture.
  4. Place the salmon in the oven proof bowl and cover with a foil - bake it for 15-20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
  5. While salmon is baking mix fresh herbs with cooked couscous, and pour in the dressing (if dressing is too thick add a splash of water and adjust the taste if needed - more honey or mustard). Mix all well till evenly coated.
  6. Once the salmon is done, remove the skin and pull it apart with the fork. Serve it together with couscous.
