Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette
Olive Oil

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Boil the orzo as per instructors on the packaging. Let it cool down, once it's done.
  2. In the meantime, chop the olives and sun dried tomatoes, crumble the feta and chop the fresh herbs.
  3. For the vinaigrette, add all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  4. Once orzo is cooled down, mix in all the other ingredients together with fresh salad and pour in the dressing. Mix till evenly coated.
  5. Serve it as a main dish or side dish with grilled goodies.
