Cheesy Salami Pizza

Ingredients (Servings: pieces)
Fresh Yeast

Honey

Tepid Water
ml
All-Purpose Flour

Sea Salt

Olive Oil
ml
Pepperoni Salami
g
Cheddar Cheese
g
Mozzarella Cheese
g
Tomato Sauce
ml
Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. For the dough, mix the yeast, honey and water in a bowl.
  2. Then add a fifth of the flour, stir to a liquid, homogeneous mass and let rest for ca. 10 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the flour, salt and olive oil, knead into an elastic dough and leave the dough covered for ca. 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC and place the pizza dough on a lightly oiled quarter sheet pan. Gently press the dough until it covers most of the sheet pan.
  5. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough (till edges).
  6. Cover with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and top it with salami. Along with that, add thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper on it as per your taste.
  7. Slide into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, rotate the pizza, and bake another 5-8 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
