Tuna Sesame Poke Bowl

Poke bowls, summer dream come true. When we make a poke bowl we always remember our Bali trip, those fresh ingredients and amazingly colorful bowls.

Yellowfin Tuna

Cucumber
Avocado
Pickled Ginger

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool down.
  2. Cut the tuna into 1.5 cm cubes. (After around 30 minutes in the freezer, it is easier to cut.)
  3. Peel the mango and avocado and cut into cubes. Core the cucumber and cut into thin strips.
  4. For the sesame sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill the bowls with rice and lettuce. Then add the tuna, mango, and avocado.
  6. Sprinkle over some black sesame seeds, deep fried onions and drizzle everything with the sesame dressing.
