Tuscan Sweet Potato Fries

All the fries. Veggie fries, potato fries, sweet potato fries… You name it we like it! But there is one thing all the fries share together and that is ketchup!
Ingredients (Servings: pieces)
Sweet Potatoes
kg
Leaves of Fresh Sage
Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
Sea Salt
Olive Oil
Ketchup
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Heat up the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes in thin slices, drizzle with oil and salt spread over baking sheet and place fresh herbs all over.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden, brown and crispy.
  4. In the end, sprinkle with more salt and serve with lots of ketchup.
