Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a big bowl, mix the minced beef with finely chopped onion, garlic, chopped coriander and all the other ingredients. Mix all well until ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Shape mixture with greased hands into even size meatballs, place them on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the avocado cream by mixing all the ingredients in the food processor until it is creamy.
  5. Once all is done, serve it with pico de gallo, warm nachos or tortilla.
