  1. Mix all ingredients in the high-speed blender until smooth and blended, adjust the milk if wanted thicker or more liquid.
  2. Feel free to add protein powder of choice or plain Greek yogurt for a boost of protein. If you add yogurt, you may want to consider reducing the coconut milk
