Coconut Chia Berry Pudding

Ingredients (Servings: pieces)
Mixed Frozen Berries
g
Coconut Milk
ml
Blueberry Sirup
tbsp
Lemon Juice
tbsp
Chia Seeds

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Mix the chia seeds with 200 ml coconut milk (add more milk if needed). Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
  2. Store it at least for 30 minutes until you get a chia pudding.
  3. In parallel in a food processor mix the frozen berries, lemon juice and 50 ml coconut milk. If it is too thick, add more milk.
  4. Once all is ready, in a glass first spoon blended berries than top it with a spoon of chia pudding. Optionally you can drizzle blueberry syrup over chia pudding then place fresh fruits on top of chia.
