Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Shred the cabbage. Halve the tomatoes, peel the cucumber, cut into slices and slice the bell pepper.
  2. Arrange the salad leaves on a plate and cool until served.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add raw shrimp and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the Sriracha sauce, sweet sour sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the shrimp and vegetable mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style. Serve the shrimp lettuce wraps along with the remaining cooking juice and sesame seeds.
