Creamy Tomato White Bean Soup

Creamy tomato bean soup without any cream! Takes only 30 minutes to make. With tomatoes, onions, white beans, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients (Servings: pieces)
Cannellini Beans
Chopped Tomatoes
Yellow Onion
Garlic Clove
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Peel and finely dice the garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic and onions for around 2-3 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the herbs, pat dry and chop finely. Wash the beans and drain them.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, beans and herbs and bring to boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Let the soup simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat and blend a little.
  5. Serve with fresh pepper.
