Strawberry Oatmeal

This summer edition warm porridge is of course made with strawberries. To be exact with strawberry pieces and puree.

Ingredients (Servings: pieces)
Rolled Oats
g
Coconut Milk
ml
Vanilla Protein Powder
g
Handful Fresh Strawberries
Hemp Seeds
tsp
Handful Almonds
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Place the small pot over medium heat, add oats and toast them for few seconds then pour in the coconut milk and cook for 8 to 10 minutes (until the porridge is soft and creamy).
  2. Stir often to avoid sticking. Add protein powder in the end and stir well.
  3. In the meantime, wash the strawberries, pat dry, remove the greens. Cut half of the strawberries into slices and puree the other half in a blender.
  4. Serve it in a bowl topped with strawberry slices and puree. Sprinkle over hemp seeds and almonds.
