Avocado Poached Egg Toast

Slightly crispy sourdough bread slice, creamy zesty smashed avocado on top with silky perfect poached egg. Oh god! Simply in heaven.

Egg
Vinegar

Sourdough Bread
slice
Guacamole
tbsp
Red Pepper Flakes
tsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Poach the eggs in the pan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  2. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the guacamole and toast the sourdough bread.
  4. Spread the sourdough toasts with the smashed avocado.
  5. Top it with a poached egg and season with some fresh red pepper flakes.
