Tuna Melt Sandwich

Tuna Salad
Canned Tuna
can
Pickles
Red Onion
Capers
tbsp
Skyr Yoghurt
tbsp
Mustard
tsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sandwich
Sourdough Bread
slices
Tomato
Guacamole
Cheddar Cheese
slices
Handful Fresh Parsley
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for tuna salad.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.
  3. Cut sourdough slices in half and place them in toaster until golden brown, then place cheddar on each slice (4 slices) and place bread slices on baking sheet – put them in the oven and grill until cheese is melted.
  4. Spread the tuna salad over two bread slices, add tomato slices and top with second bread slice to make a sandwich
  5. Eat while warm
