Potato Dill Salad

Yukon Gold Potatoes

Spring Onion
Radish
Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Dill)

Lemon Juice

Dijon Mustard

Sugar

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 18-20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash the dill and parsley, shake dry and roughly chop. Wash, dry and slice the radishes and spring onions
  3. For the dressing, wash the lemon in hot water, rub off the peel and squeeze out the juice. Mix the sugar and mustard together with the lemon juice and zest. Add olive oil and mix.
  4. Drain the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
