White Cannellini Bean Dip

Ingredients (Servings: pieces)
Cannellini Beans
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Lemon Zest
Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper to taste
Handful Fresh Parsley
Splash of Water
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. In a food processor, pulse the cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Add some drops of water to get the desired thickness. One tablespoon at a time.
  3. Blend in the the fresh parsley.
  4. Serve with crackers and/or chips.
