Mushrooms

Olive Oil

Aceto Balsamico
ml
Honey
tbsp
Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper to taste
Handful Fresh Parsley
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Heat up a pan over medium high heat add olive oil.
  2. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a small bowl whisk balsamic vinegar, honey and minced garlic.
  4. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and continue to sauté for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce reduces and mushrooms are tender and coated in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
