Beef Teriyaki with Broccoli and Rice

Juice grilled beef with sweet salty teriyaki sauce. Mixed with fresh broccoli and steamy fresh rice. Simple and healthy.

Sirloin Steak

Broccoli
g
White Rice
g
Red Onion
Teriyaki Sauce
tbsp
Soy Sauce
tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Boil the rice as per package instructions.
  2. Cut the broccoli on pieces and boil it (or steam it) – until it gets softer.
  3. Slice the beef on thin smaller pieces, slice the onions (not chop).
  4. Place the pan over medium heat, drizzle in olive oil, add onions and cook for few minutes, until soft and golden, add beef and cook till it’s golden/brown – 10-12 minutes. At the end add the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.
