Sesame Roasted Green Beans

Mixed Green Beans

Soy Sauce

Sesame Oil

Peanut Butter

Fresh Ginger

Rice Vinegar

Water
ml
Sesame Seeds

Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Steam green beans (in bamboo steamer or any other), if you boil them make sure that you don’t over cook.
  2. In parallel, mix all ingredients for sauce and pour over steamed beans, mix till evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve with fresh steamed rice.
