Boneless Chicken Breast

Yellow Onion
Cucumber
Skyr Yoghurt

Curry Powder

Lime Juice
tbsp
Handful Fresh Coriander
Whole Grain Bread

Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Chop grilled the chicken breast in small cubes and dice the onion and the cucumber.
  2. In a medium size bowl, mix the yoghurt with curry, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken, onion and cucumber and mix till evenly coated.
  4. Spoon the Chicken Curry Spread on the toast and sprinkle it with coriander and pomegranate seeds.
