Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. For the BBQ sauce, add all the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Heat up a big pan over medium high heat and drizzle with sesame oil. Chop the spring onions, shred the carrots and cabbage.
  3. Once hot, the add the chopped spring onions and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef and cook until it starts getting brown, about 8 minutes. Then add the BBQ sauce and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the shredded veggies and mix till evenly mixed.
  6. Crack 4 eggs onto the beef. Cover immediately and let it steam until the egg whites are cooked and the yolks are still runny, 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Once done, uncover the pan and remove it from the stove. Use a spatula or ladle to transfer the beef with an egg and some sauce onto a bowl of rice and garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
