Hummus Chicken Power Sandwich

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Rinse the chicken breast under cold, running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut in half at an angle, cover with baking paper and flat it. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and grill the chicken on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the beetroot into thin slices. Halve the avocado, remove the core and peel. Cut the flesh of the avocado into thin slices. Toast the bread and wash the spinach.
  4. Brush both slices of bread with hummus. Cover the lower slice with beetroot, spinach, chicken and avocado second slice of bread.
