Preparing In The Kitchen
Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
Place zucchini in the handheld or countertop spiralizer unit. Select the cut size on the unit and cut noodles.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and a splash water.
Place the pan over high heat, drizzle with sesame oil and add salmon, season well with black pepper and cook on high heat to make it golden brown, take it out and set aside .
Pour in the soy sauce mixture and bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens, in the end add salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the zucchini noodles and saute for 5 minutes, until just tender and al dente.
