Preparing In The Kitchen
Place the pot with water 1-2 l over medium heat and bring it to the boil.
In the meantime, chop the broccoli on smaller pieces (for faster and easier cooking).
Once water is boiling add the broccoli and cook for 10-15 minutes (depends on broccoli pieces – size). To make sure broccoli is cooked pinch it with a fork to see if it is soft.
Once broccoli is cooked, place it in the food processor (don’t throw away the water), mix it until smooth adding water until you get consistency you desire.
Pour the mixture back in the pot and bring to boil, add Baharat and if needed for creaminess add a bit of coconut milk. Mix it all well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the tahini with skyr and season with salt and pepper.
Serve it on top with the tahini mixture and chopped parsley.
