Asparagus Pizza

Pizza Wednesday strikes again. Super green and yummy pizza with whipped feta base.

Zucchini
Handful Baby Spinach
Burrata Cheese
Spring Onion

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Prepare the pizza dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor mix feta, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with pepper. Mix it all well until you get smooth cream.
  4. Spread whipped feta over pizza dough and bake it for 12-15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, shave zucchini and asparagus with a peeler and steam them in the bamboo steamer just for few minutes – in case you do not have a steamer, place shaved veggies on the pan drizzled with olive oil and cook for few minutes.
  6. Once pizza dough is done, spread over your steamed veggies, spinach and chopped spring onions.
  7. With your hand split burrata in half and place it on top of the pizza, drizzle over crema aceto balsamico.
