Grilled peaches, creamy fresh burrata, rucola salad, sprinkled with some sunflower seeds and balsamic make this the perfect mix!

Aceto Balsamico
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Half the peaches and take away the pit.
  2. Brush the peaches with olive oil and place them on the grill, till golden brown.
  3. Spread the rucola on plates and add the grilled peaches and spread burrata around.
  4. Sprinkle over the seeds and drizzle with balsamic aceto.
