Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the potatoes and get them clean (There is no need to peel them).
  3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 2-4 wedges (This depends on the size).
  4. In a big bowl, add the wedges and drizzle them with olive oil, garlic, paprika and pepper. Toss everything till evenly coated.
  5. Spread the wedges on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with some salt again.
