Preparing In The Kitchen
In a big bowl, mix all ingredients for the kofta and mix everything together. (Use your hands).
Shape them into long ‘fingers’. Stick them onto skewer stick – make sure, the kofta is tight and keeps its shape.
Grill them for 6 minutes per side on medium fire (till golden brown).
In the meantime, shave the cucumber with a peeler and place it in a bowl to mix it with all of the ingredients – feel free to add lemon juice or any acid if you want to.
Once koftas are done, serve it together with the cucumber salad.
