Tuna Sweet Potato Bowl

Soft fresh tuna pieces are melting in teriyaki together with guacamole and sweet crispy fries. Say no more! Let’s cook together tuna teriyaki with sweet potato fries.

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over some olive oil. Mix till evenly coated.
  3. Spread on the baking sheet and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes (until golden and crispy).
  4. In the meantime, cut the tuna steaks into cubes about 2cm big.
  5. Place grilling pan over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil. Once warm enough add tuna cubes and season with salt and pepper. Grill tuna for 2-3 minutes (not longer to avoid overcooking). At the end add teriyaki and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Serve all together with guacamole and fresh coriander. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
