Lime Grilled Shrimps

Fresh pan grilled shrimps with fresh garlic and lime.

White Tiger Shrimps
Garlic Clove
Handful Fresh Parsley

Lime Juice
Aioli
Olive Oil

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Place a big pan (best one is actually paella pan) over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil.
  2. Once oil is hot enough add crushed garlic, cook until start getting golden – be careful not to burn.
  3. In parallel wash the shrimps. Drain the shrimps well with paper towels.
  4. Add shrimps in the pan and grill them until they get pink color.
  5. At the end sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and lime juice, serve with aioli
