Polenta Sweet Potato Fries

Not just any sweet potato fries – we make them crispy with polenta!

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into the desired fries shape.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, paprika, pepper, garlic, polenta and salt.
  4. Once combined, spread the sweet potato onto the prepared baking sheets and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Halfway through, stir them gently to get them from each side crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
