Spiced Beef Tacos

Tuesday or not, every day is a taco day! This time we prepared spiced beef tacos with unreal apple onion salsa. Try to have just one!

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients well, season with salt and pepper and add the beef.
  2. Mix well until evenly coated. Cover with foil and refrigerate best for a few hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.
  4. Mix all the salsa ingredients in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  5. Place a pan over medium high heat, drizzle some olive oil.
  6. Once hot, start adding beef, not all at one time, cook in batches. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, until meat is cooked through.
  7. In the meantime, wrap up tortillas in aluminium foil and place them in the oven to warm up.
  8. Once all is ready, start filling tortillas with salad, followed by beef and salsa, top with the sriracha dressing and fresh herbs.
