Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
    Beef
  1. Heat up a skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil with the diced onions and sautee them for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and reduce the heat to medium.
  3. Add the beef along with all spices. Use a large spoon or spatula to break the beef into smaller chunks and pieces. Cook and stir until it has browned.
  4. Add tomato sauce and mustard and simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce has reduced and thickened, for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Shrimps
  6. Heat up a skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil with the shrimps and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add lime juice, chili, garlic, salt and pepper and cook it until cooked through.
  8. To Serve
  9. Spoon the beef and the shrimp onto the tortillas. Add toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and cheese. Sprinkle Coriander and Jalapenos, if needed, and serve immediately
