In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients together until ingredients are incorporated. Cover and chill the dough for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 160 ºC and grease the tartlet molds and dust with flour.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and knead briefly with your hands on a lightly floured surface. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut out four even parts with the tartlet shape. Lift the dough pieces into the molds and cut off the excess edge.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime in a bowl mix all the frosting ingredients. Wash the strawberries, pat dry, remove the greens and cut into quarters.
Once mini tarts are done, let them cool down for 10-15 minutes.
Spread the frosting and strawberries on top, sprinkle with pistachios (optional).
