Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Chop pecans into small pieces. Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Deglaze with cream and stir until smooth. Put the chopped nuts in the caramel and mix everything together. Spread everything out on baking paper. Let the nut crunch cool down completely and crumble it into small pieces.
  2. Remove the berries from the stems and wash. Peel and slice the kiwi and orange.
  3. Mix the yogurt, lemon zest and vanilla extract in a bowl until no more lumps can be seen.
  4. Garnish the yoghurt with fresh fruits, nut crumble, hemp seeds and honey.
