Preheat your oven (convection 160 ºC, top and bottom heat 180 ºC). Take the cookie balls out of the packaging and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with sufficient space between them.

Don’t flatten or squeeze them. They don’t like that. You find your form alone.
Once the temperature is reached, slide the tray into the middle of your oven.

Now you have to wait 11-14 minutes. If you bake more than one pack at the same time, the baking time may increase depending on the oven. Your cookies are done when you can see slight cracks on the top and the edges are a nice golden brown.

Finally the time has come! But beware! Hot!
Take them out of the oven and give them some time. Please note that the warm cookies will still be soft until they cool down.
