Preparing In The Kitchen
Mix the chia seeds with 200 ml coconut milk (add more milk if needed). Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
Store it at least for 30 minutes until you get a chia pudding.
In parallel in a food processor mix the frozen berries, lemon juice and 50 ml coconut milk. If it is too thick, add more milk.
Once all is ready, in a glass first spoon blended berries than top it with a spoon of chia pudding. Optionally you can drizzle blueberry syrup over chia pudding then place fresh fruits on top of chia.
