Preparing In The Kitchen
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the bacon stripes on the baking sheet and place them in the oven to bake for 7-10 minutes, until crispy.
In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with oregano and season with salt and pepper.
Once the pizza dough is ready, roll out your desired pizza shape and spread the tomato sauce on the dough.
Transfer the pizza on the baking sheet and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take the pizza out and crack the egg on each of them (carefully). Place them back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until dough is crispy and golden brown and egg is done.
While the pizza is baking, slice the avocado and tomatoes. Crumble the feta and wash the rucola.
Once the pizza is done, spread all the fresh ingredients evenly on the pizza.
