Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

You are missing big time, if you don’t prepare this Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. Juicy chicken and grilled chicory salad, which has a smoky, charred flavour. Topped with the easiest Caesar Dressing and a bunch of parmesan cheese!

Lemon Juice

Whole Grain Dijon Mustard

Anchovy Fillets
Garlic Clove
tbsp
Skyr Yoghurt
Splash of Water

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the grill. Wash the romain lettuce, pat dry well and cut into quarters. Brush each quarter with olive oil. Place them on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  2. Rinse the chicken breast fillets with cold water and pat dry. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it on the grill. Grill until golden and cooked through for around 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, mix all the dressing ingredients with an immersion blender (or any other blender). Add water if needed. It should not too liquid.
  4. Once the chicken is done, cut it into slices and pour over the dressing.
  5. On a big plate spread grilled salad, add chicken slices, pour over dressing and grate the parmesan cheese over.
