Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold, running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut in half at an angle, cover with baking paper and plate. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the chicken on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the sauce, blend all the sauce ingredients together in a small blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  4. Shred half of the cucumber and carrots. The other half of cucumbers cut in slices. Wash and chop the salad and spring onions.
  5. To ensemble the bowl, place the salad on the bottom and top it with the cucumber carrots, and add chicken slices. Pour over peanut sauce and mix it all together.
