Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the chicken drums and the onions into an ovenproof casserole dish and season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk mustards, honey, paprika and garlic and olive oil together, until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken and onions and toss gently to coat well.
  6. Add the sprigs of fresh thyme over the drumsticks.
  7. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Turn on the broiler and broil the chicken sticks for additional 2-3 minutes just until they crisp up and get that nice glaze on top.
  9. Serve immediately.
