Lemon Cherry Tomato Pizza

Salty lemon feta base with fresh sweet cherry tomatoes on top and all drizzled with green herby pesto.

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Prepare the pizza dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor mix feta, yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest and olive oil. Season with pepper. Mix it all well until you get a smooth cream.
  4. Spread whipped feta over pizza dough and bake it for 12-15 minutes.
  5. While pizza is baking, in a food processor mix all the pesto ingredients.
  6. Place halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl and drizzle over olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix it all well.
  7. Once pizza is done, place cherry tomatoes on top and drizzle over herby pesto.
