Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the cauliflower roughly into small pieces and put it into a food processor and pulse it until it becomes a cauliflower rice consistency.
  3. Dump the cauliflower onto a clean kitchen towel, gather up the sides and squeeze out as much water as possible (This is really important in order to get a crispy crust).
  4. In a big bowl, add the cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, egg and salt and mix until evenly combined.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and press into a 2cm thick round crust (This recipes makes 2 small pizza or 1 big one)
  6. Place it into the oven and bake for about 40 minutes. After 30 minutes take it ot and flip it on the other side and bake it for additional 10 minutes.
  7. Once the crust is golden brown, spread the tomato sauce and spread the cheese and salami evenly over the crust.
  8. Bake for ca. 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
