Smoked Salmon Horseradish Pizza

Are you a white pizza fan? We are! Especially with smoked salmon and horseradish for toppings.

Skyr Yoghurt

Cream Cheese
tsp
Fresh Horseradish

tbsp
Capers

Smoked Salmon
tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Handful Fresh Dill
Handful Fresh Rucola

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Prepare the pizza dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl mix cream cheese and Skyr and 1 teaspoon horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all well until you get a smooth cream.
  4. Spread the cream over the pizza dough. Bake it for 12-15 minutes, until it is golden crispy brown.
  5. Once the pizza is done, spread the salmon and capers. Sprinkle with fresh dill.
  6. Drizzle over olive oil and fresh red pepper flakes.
