Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. In a bowl, season the beef with black pepper and mix until evenly coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and a pinch of crushed red pepper. Add the beef into the bowl and mix all together to coat. Set aside for an hour.
  3. Place a large pan over high heat and heat up the oil, take the beef out of the sauce, leaving any sauce left in the bowl, and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, then stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the leftover sauce, 3 tablespoons water, and bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook until the sauce thickens and begins to coat the steak, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  5. In the meantime, prepare rice noodles as per packaging instructions.
  6. Spread rice noodles, add beef with the sauce and fresh crispy veggies in bowls.
  7. Squeeze some fresh lime over it and top with fresh herbs. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
